CANCELLATION POLICY- At Mi Salon we cherish your time and that of our team. We believe the time of our stylist's is valuable and will ask for credit card information to hold the appointment time. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you give us a 24 hour notice and if its less then 24 hours we will charge the entire service. The cancellation policy allows us time to inform guests on our wait-list of any availability, also allowing our team to adjust their schedule accordingly. As a courtesy, Mi Salon will send out a reminder E-mail 48 hrs prior to your appointment to confirm. If Mi Salon cannot reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
LATE ARRIVALS- We reserve the right to reschedule a late arrival service that is 15 minutes late or later to another appointment time.
RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS- Purchased items can be returned for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
NON-REFUND POLICY- If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
